- We have informed the municipal authorities of our plans, and they have approved the gathering in Taksim Square and will provide security.
- We have cordial relations with top-level government officials and expect to have assistance should we need it. It is important that all participants send us their contact details so we can make sure we are able to know who is in our group and able to assist them in case of any issues.

Participants are encouraged to arrange their travel to Istanbul as early as possible. International commercial flights are available daily to Istanbul.
Visas are required for many international travelers to Turkey. Check the Turkish visa web site for information.
